Toyota Hilux/Vigo Late 2011- on Deluxe Style Bars

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT:
To allow fitment to the 2011 face-lift Hilux, the range of ARB Deluxe Bull Bars and Winch Bars have undergone a number of small changes. Unlike the ARB Commercial bars, these new bars will only suit 2011-on models. This is an all new bar but incorporates all the same features as previous models. Two additional deluxe combination bars are currently under development that will incorporate the ARB Fog Light Surround which will give customers the option of fitting ARB fog lights as apposed to O.E Toyota fog lights.

PROTECTION & STYLING CHARACTERISTICS:
• Durable steel construction for maximum protection
• Incorporates ARB’s renowned multi fold upswept and tapered wing design for optimum strength and approach angle
• Split pan design for maximum strength and airflow • Extensive under protection panels on centre and either side
• Cover straps attached to the uprights ensure there are no exposed edges
• Continuous uprights through the bumper section of the bar strengthens the outer frame
• Vehicle specific design to complement the Toyota HiLux and maximise functionality
• Superbly engineered, air bag compatible mounting system secures to chassis via high tensile bolts
• Available with or without winch provision
• Will accommodate Warn, Magnum & Bushranger low mount model electric winches.
• Twin Hi-Lift jacking points located in the pan of the bar
• Provision to accommodate a range of IPF driving lights
• Provision for original equipment fog lights
• Recessed indicators and parking lights
• Durable urethane buffers
• Retains original equipment tow points
• Two aerial brackets located on the top frame of the bar
• Finished in a hard-wearing powder coat with the added option of colour coding to individual vehicles

TURN SIGNALS:
To meet ADR’s (Australian Design Rules), the Hilux/Vigo Deluxe Bars are fitted with combination turn/park signal lamp assemblies. These are recessed behind the bar for extra protection.

AERIAL MOUNTS:
Two aerial mounts are welded to the centre tube to allow fitment of UHF/AM radio and mobile phone aerials/ antennas.

HI-LIFT JACKING POINTS:
Each bar comes standard with two reinforced HiLift jacking points fitted to the centre pan.

DRIVING LIGHT MOUNTS:
Deluxe bars include laser cut holes in the top of the centre pan for fitment of a range of compatible driving lights such as IPF 108, 808, 800 & 900 series lights.

WINCH COMPATIBLE:
Designed to fit Warn & Bushranger winch models, the bar is fitted with a recessed roller fairlead mount and laser cut openings in the top of the pan to allow access to the winch clutch lever.
