Ford Ranger PX 2011 on Sahara Bumper

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT:
Based on the successful Deluxe Bar design, the Sahara bumper for the Ford Ranger PX incorporates the same improved cooling features to aid airflow to the powerful turbo inter-cooled engines. Likewise, to integrate traditional ARB bar styling to the Ranger, the O.E bumper and inner guards are cut and trimmed leaving bumper in fill between the headlights and bar top pan as well as removing excess inner guard material so as to match the under wing panel angle. As with other Sahara bumpers, tube kits and buffers must be ordered separately. Please refer to the table on page 2 for part numbers.

FOG LIGHT:
ARB Fog Light surrounds incorporating recessed clearance/indicator light assemblies are fitted as standard and can be upgraded to include the optional ARB Fog Light kit P/No 6821201.

DRIVING LIGHT MOUNTS:
Sahara bars include laser cut holes in the top of the centre pan for fitment of a range of compatible driving lights such a ARB Intensity LED & IPF 108, 808, 800 & 900 series lights..

AERIAL MOUNTS:
Two aerial mounts are welded to the centre alloy tube to allow fitment of UHF/AM radio and mobile phone aerials/ antennas.

HI-LIFT JACKING POINTS:
Each bar comes standard with two reinforced HiLift jacking points fitted to the centre pan.

NUMBER PLATE MOUNT:
To aid airflow through the split pan when a winch is installed, the number plate is fitted to a hinged mount (supplied with optional winch mount kit P/No 3540050) that allows it to be lifted so that the roller fairlead can be accessed during winch operation. When no winch is fitted the number plate is affixed directly to the bar over the roller fairlead slot.;

An optional winch mounting kit P/No 3540050 is required for fitting all winch models. A winch cover panel for the top pan is included with the bar for use when no winch is fitted
